Do you charge per booth?

No. Every plan is one flat rate per event with unlimited booths, so adding booths or exhibitors never changes what you pay.

Can exhibitors buy booths directly on the platform?

Yes, from the Growth plan up. Exhibitors pick their space on your interactive floor plan and check out online, and Map D raises the invoice and records the order — no back-and-forth email and no separate cart. Starter publishes the floor plan without the online checkout.

What counts as an "event" for per-event pricing?

Any occurrence with its own floor plan and attendee list, single-day or multi-day.

Do you charge transaction fees on booth sales?

No Map D fees—only standard gateway rates from Stripe, Authorize.Net, or Square.

How is support billed?

It isn't. Onboarding, training, and email and chat support are included with every plan at no additional cost. Premium phone and CSM packages are optional flat-rate add-ons.

Can I upgrade with more features later?

Yes. Add-ons can be enabled at any time.
