Can we price sponsor tables and vendor booths differently?

Yes. Booths, tables and sponsorship placements can each carry their own price and tier, so a silent-auction table and a vendor booth do not have to be sold at the same rate. Pricing is set on the live map and applies at checkout.

Can volunteers run this without a dedicated ops person?

That is the design goal. Vendors and sponsors select and pay for their own space from the map, and manage their own profiles, documents and add-ons, so a rotating committee is not re-keying forms.

What reporting can we give funders and our board?

Revenue, exhibitor and sponsor activity, and attendee engagement export to CSV or a scheduled email, so the numbers in a grant report or board packet come from the same record that ran the event.

Can we take donations alongside booth and table sales?

Sponsorship placements, tables and booths are all sold through the same checkout, and you can process payments through your own gateway. Donation handling stays in your existing fundraising tool rather than being duplicated here.
