Vertical Insure is Map D's event coverage partner. Its ViCoverage products are built directly into Map D, so protection is offered in the same flow attendees, exhibitors, and vendors already use, and ViCoverage handles confirmation and claims rather than your team.
Watch a show manager turn on ViCoverage, an exhibitor buy coverage at checkout, the policy appear in their account, and the whole roster of insured exhibitors come back to the organizer.

Attendees can protect their non-refundable registration fees if they are unable to attend your event for a covered reason. It is a simple way to offer added flexibility while you maintain clear, consistent refund policies.
Set your insurance requirements, give vendors and exhibitors a simple way to meet them, and track compliance without collecting COIs by email, reviewing coverage by hand, or managing another spreadsheet.
During registration, attendees have the option to add Registration Protection to their purchase. Life happens: illness, family emergencies, severe weather, and other unexpected circumstances can prevent an attendee from making it to your event and quickly turn into refund requests for your team. Registration Protection gives them another path forward.
If an attendee purchases protection and later cannot attend for a covered reason, they submit their claim directly to ViCoverage. If approved, they may receive up to 100% of their non-refundable registration cost back. ViCoverage works directly with the attendee, from coverage confirmation through claims.
Your organization continues to follow its established refund and cancellation policies while ViCoverage handles the protection and claims process directly with the attendee. That means more confidence in your refund policy, a better attendee experience, and fewer difficult refund conversations for your team to manage.
Requiring liability insurance helps protect your event and the businesses participating in it. Making sure every vendor and exhibitor has the right coverage, however, can create a lot of work behind the scenes. The built-in ViCoverage experience takes much of that work off your plate, so you spend less time collecting and reviewing paperwork and have more confidence that coverage is in place before your event begins.
Vendors and exhibitors who need insurance can purchase coverage through ViCoverage that meets your event's requirements, without leaving the flow they are already in.
Badges print from the same record — check-in, lead retrieval and booth traffic all report against one attendee.
Those who already have insurance can upload their existing COI, which is automatically verified against your event's requirements. No collecting certificates by email and no manual coverage reviews.
Reminders sent automatically at 30, 14 and 3 days.
Coverage and verification status are stored with the event, giving you a clear view of who has met the requirement and who still needs to take action. No separate spreadsheets and no chasing down COIs.
Upload the floor plan you already have and place your booths on it yourself, in Map D’s editor. Free to build, no contract, and nothing to install.
“I am really excited about this. The staff met with me this morning and we all LOVE the platform. People are already filling out their booths.”
